Enterprise Cloud Adoption:
AWS Landing Zone
Problem:
A Government Agency needed Guard Rails and a Safety Net for Cloud Adoption.
Solution:
We delivered a custom AWS Landing Zone and a Technical Architecture for creating small blast radii for both the workloads and strong isolation where needed for the existing on-prem estate.
Outcome:
The customer was able to rapidly deliver new capabilities in AWS while demonstrating improved and automated security and compliance.
Enterprise Cloud Adoption:

Problem:
A Government Agency needed a business case for cloud adoption.
Solution:
We worked with the customer to elaborate the requirements quickly and put together a POC end to end data processing platform in 10 days showcasing the agility of the Cloud vs. On Prem and state of the art AWS AI services for analysis.
Outcome:
The POC was a runaway success with presentation to Agency heads which showcased the business benefits of Cloud Adoption. This was instrumental in leading a traditionally risk-averse organization on their Cloud Journey and gained buy in for multi-million multi-year programme of Cloud Adoption.
Startup success stories:
Deploying to AWS
Problem:
A Startup Client with a small team needed to demonstrate their platform to clients quickly. They had some docker images and a basic docker compose file. The system used multiple databases and middleware.
Solution:
We delivered an AWS Landing Zone and a Technical Architecture for hosting the plaform and applications in AWS. The deployment was all fully automated via CloudFormation and the system was secured so only MFA'd users could access the User Interfaces. The Solution was specifically designed to account for a low TCO.
Outcome:
The Startup was able to easily demonstrate their platform to potential customers, securing funding and investment. The platform maintained near 100% availability for 12 months, scaled to meet increases in data volumes and required near zero maintenance.
Consultancy Delivery Environment:
Pivoting in the face of Covid-19
Problem:
A Consultancy who typically operated on-premise next to customers needed to pivot quickly during the onset of Covid-19 epidemic.
Solution:
We worked quickly to establish a safe and secure Cloud Delivery environment in AWS. Integrated with Cloud IdP and provided segregated access to Cloud Networks based on roles.
Outcome:
The end to end environment was documented, delivered and assured allowing the consultancy to continue delivering value to their customer with their full confidence.
